Principal & Founder
Thelma Muro-Dittes is an Architecture Graduate and Designer with over 20 years of experience in the world of Real Estate Development and the Leisure & Entertainment Industries. Her professional qualifications include all aspects of Architectural Design and a comprehensive understanding of the building process, including Programming, Entitlement, site Analysis, Master Planning, Conceptual Design, Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
Juan Mayans-Boom
Principal & CEO
Juan Mayans brings 25 years of marketing and management experience in the Architecture and Engineering industries to the TB team. At TB, Juan is responsible for identifying and integrating the cultural, ecological, social, economic and capital assets into the initial phases and direction of Thelma Boom’s projects to maximize market viability. He also oversees Thelma & Boom’s communication and visualization work.
Alex Mayans
Senior Creative Director
Alex has developed a successful career as Creative Director and Art Director for the Advertising and Themed Entertainment industries in the US and Europe. Committed to creative excellence, in 2009 he joined the TB team with the vision to create the best entertainment experiences and take the company’s creative work to the next level. He oversees the Madrid office and is in charge of the design, visualization and virtual reality teams.
